Great location in the heart of downtown, with easy access to the city's attractions and nightlife. Clean rooms and comfortable beds. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with a lot of variety and good quality foods. The staff was friendly and accommodating, always trying to make sure everything was going well during our stay.
Our stay was marred by a lot of noise at night, making it difficult to sleep. It seemed like there were a lot of students staying at the hotel, and they were loud, playing music and yelling in the corridors.

During my Easter stay, I appreciated the complimentary coffee and safe provided in the room; it was a nice touch. The hotel's location in the downtown area was perfect for exploring the city and enjoying the festivities. Additionally, the staff was friendly and accommodating, which made my experience more enjoyable.
The hotel's noise level was a downside, especially during the Easter celebrations. The central gallery design made it easy for noise to travel throughout the hotel, which made it challenging to sleep.
